Shipping & Delivery Policy
We use courier services for all our online orders to ensure traceability of delivery status.
1. SINGAPORE DELIVERY
- For a minimum order of S$150, we provide FREE local delivery service. Delivery will be supported by ARAMEX / Simplypost Courier services. Goods will be delivered within 2-3 working days once payment is received.
- For orders below S$150, we charge a delivery fee of S$5. The delivery will be supported by ARAMEX / Simplypost Courier Services and goods will be delivered within the next 2 to 3 working days once payment is received.
2. MALAYSIA & BRUNEI DELIVERY
- Delivery will be supported by Courier services. Goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days for West Malaysia, and
5-7 working days for East Malaysia once payment received.
- Goods will be delivered within 4-6 working days for Brunei once payment is received.
* Limited to 1 Set per order to avoid possible or additional Tax or Import Duty
* Customer will be responsible for any Tax or Import Duty or Custom Related Charges / Fees.
3. OVERSEAS DELIVERY (Exclude Malaysia & Brunei)
Overseas delivery services will be supported by Courier Services. Customer will need to send your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us determine shipping fee for your order, please provide the following details in your email :

Please note that Pain Solutions Pte Ltd will not be responsible for import duty and GST. Customer might need to assist in customs declaration in certain countries.
4. SELF PICK-UP
We have the option of self pick-up at our office during business hours. Customers will be contacted via SMS once their order is ready for collection. Customers can liaise with our customer service staff on timing of collection at following address :
